Virtual Networker Society Meetup 2008
Meetups! Meetups! Meetups! Social networks are moving people from the online world to meetings in the real world!
What do I think about it? Well I’ve noticed that most part of these meetups are related to only certain social networks. So what about organizing a global meetup open to all the virtual networks like for example Twitter, Jaiku, Pownce, Facebook etc. In this case we shift even more from the networks themself to the social aspect behind them.
I talked about this idea with Matti Mattila who was 150% in, so we decided to start to work on the creation of this global meetup for social networkers!
