Arend Stuhrmann (CCP Games) - Cyber Communities: Who’s out there and what do they want?
Special focus not just on EVE but more in general about community management, expectation management and communication. A presentation useful and inspiring not just for members of gaming communities. From my point of view it was interesting to listen to what Arend said because these are dynamics that we find across all communities and social networks and not just within the gaming universe.
